Job Summary

    Role & Responsibility: ? Ability to develop and lead a team of business development and marketing executives towards successful execution of business motives. ? Responsible for delivering desired target numbers by establishing meaningful contacts on a regular basis with clients/prospects, direct sales or referrals. ? Should understand the business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. Collaborate with other technical team members and stakeholders to gather requirements, conceptualize & build product/solution features. ? Review RFP/RFI, Understanding the requirements & devise the proposal Interact with client, gather insight for technical team, negotiate & conclude deals ? Qualify and work on inbound leads that are assigned ? Develop strong relationships at all levels, identifying key decision makers and influencers ? Co-ordinate with design and marketing team to improve/create sales collateral Prerequisites: ? Excellent written & verbal communication skills. ? Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills ? Should be generating at least USD 15,000 per month in sales at the current company. ? In depth experience of handling Sales Enquires from Websites or RFPs and also from other sales channels. Deep understanding of mobile & web projects or Exposure of selling mobile & web services into International market. Note: experience of sales in enterprise applications/market is NOT relevant. ? Bachelor’s/Master` degree in Business Management, Computer Science or a related discipline. ? Demonstrated ability to build deep and influential relationships with partners and/or customers at senior levels. ? Experience of working on marketplaces like Elance, Upwork, ODesk is NOT relevant. ? Able to work independently with very little supervision
