Job Summary

    Responsibilities : • Responsible for delivering an amazing experience to all customer through call centre, email, social media and various other online and offline channels • Work with various internal team to design and execute the customer service processes • Work closely with marketing to support social media engagement and management • Primarily an Individual Contributor role who would work with multiple teams Competencies: • 1 to 4 years of experience in managing consumer experience and maturely solving consumer issues is mandatory • Proficient in spoken and written English, with a strong ability to think and act on-the-spot. • Ability to Handle tough customers independently is important • Experience in social media marketing • Experience in e-Commerce is a big plus
