Job Summary

    • Recruiting, training and supervising staff • Managing budgets and implementing cost cutting measures • Menu – Planning and implementation • Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines • Promotions, events and marketing of the business • Overall stock & supply management • Staff rostering and management • Handling customer enquiries and complaints • Total management of the guest experience • Take away counter management • Having a sound knowledge of the working of a kitchen • Should be able to improve and provide on insights to keep the guest experience interesting and ensure repeat business. • Problem solving • Preparing and presenting various reports • Keeping statistical and financial records • Assessing and improving profitability • Setting targets • Handling administration and paperwork • Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities, sales representatives etc. • Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant. ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED: • Good organizational skills • Strong communication skills • Strong leadership skills • Having a good business and sales acumen • Ability to work under pressure • Adept at prioritizing tasks. • Team Player
