Job Summary

    Sourcing & procurement of construction goods, materials and equipment for the real estate business. Setting up of Office and creating database of each and every material & machinery Setting up complete inventory of requirements and feeding them in ERP/SAP system Vendor Assessment, Vendor Management, Vendor Selection. Calling for quotations / floating enquiries to vendors. Budgeting, Estimation, comparison of quotes, rate analysis and finalization of rates and cost for materials and services. Preparing procurement terms, conditions for technical and commercial. Reviewing vendor performance, pricing and delivery and taking corrective actions to ensure timeliness quantity and quality of supplies. Maintain alternative sources of supply in case of non-performance by existing Vendors. Ensuring timely processing of Bills Preparing Purchase Orders, BOQs, LOIs etc. and maintaining records on ERP/SAP systems. Supervision of Billing and reconciliation of materials. Daily reporting on consumption and demand of the materials on site in consultation with the Project Manager and Monthly MIS reporting Purpose partners with vendors from the execution to end-to-end construction on sites. The Procurement Manager is the single point of accountability within for the overall project deliverables. Implement the construction & maintenance programmes in the Market through engineering departments. .
