Infrastructure and application support specialist
Job description
The Infrastructure and application support specialist (I&ASS) is responsible for maintaining the
application performance during regular US EST working hours and diagnosing support issues that can’t
be resolved by the tier 1 and 2 agents. The I&ASS will leverage their experience in database and Azure
infrastructure to diagnose the root cause. The I&ASS will also provide other IT related services.

What You'll Do:
• Audit systems to maintain proper application performance
• Investigate and resolve support issues reported by T1 and T2 agents
• Manage the MDM for all IF time clocks
• Optimize database queries to improve performance
• Become knowledgeable and able to support all application infrastructure and tools, including...
o SQL databases
o Azure, including: blob storage, app services, and virtual machines
o JAMF MDM for ipad time clocks
o Apple Business Manager
o IF management portal
Your Experience & Required Skills
• Database experience
o DB replication
o SQL server 2019
o help backend engineers improve stored procedures
• Azure experience
o blob storage
o app services
o virtual machines (x3)
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
