Job Description

  • Handle all administrative tasks related to on-boarding, new hire coordination, and exit management for PAN India employees
  • Working to manage and improve HR Operations workflows.
  • Making recommendations to improve HR Ops technology to automate processes which in turn minimize administrative overhead.
  • Ensuring the integrity of HR data.
  • Monitoring internal HR systems and databases.
  • Timely payment for PF, Gratuity
  • Processing and disbursement/claims for Medical, Salary Advance, Loan, Bonus, Gratuity and Leave Encashment
  • Empowered to resolve employee inquiries accurately and effectively.
  • Prepare necessary reports and schedules, issue HR-related letters and certificates.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments and ensure new hires are on-boarded successfully.
  • Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including bi-weekly and semi-monthly updates to employee files.
  • Coordination with Employees Grievance and solving their query related to Salary, leave and attendance, compliances
  • Drive annual budgeting and PMS process across the organization
