Job Summary

    This role holder is responsible for taking calls and making appointments and ensuring that the caller receives accurate information when a request is made. He / she is also responsible for ensuring that only 3 data points are provided on any call. a. Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for attending calls and providing information as requested by the caller. • Ensure that appropriate information is provided while taking a call. • Responsible for working on the feedback received from the Team Leader, Group Leader, Quality Analyst or Trainer. • Adhering to the compliance and policies set by the department. b. Skills and Work Experience required: • Excellent Communication Skills • Ability to work under pressure. • Pleasant voice with pleasing telephonic etiquettes • Working knowledge of computersAbility to comprehend and follow instructions and direction. • Adept at typing. 5 Days Working
