Responsibilities
• Manage the entire KYC/ KYB process for the merchants.
• Set up the policies and process for KYC/ KYB.
• Manage the internal KYC/KYB team.
• Maintaining tracker/records of merchants & external vendors.
• Providing outlines for potential business list categories wise such as Business categories Industry Wise, Risk wise categories of Business and Individual, Restricted or Prohibited Businesses, Negative media string search, HSN List and other links
• Manage onboarding of merchants for both online & offline businesses.
• Coordinating with the internal KYC/KYB team & external vendors separately.
Skills & Requirements:
• Having 8- 10 years of experience in handling the KYC/ KYB process.
• Having experience in Payment or Fintech industries.
• Experience in handling internal & external teams & merchants.
• Strong Understanding of KYC/KYB process & policies.
• Experience to managing a larger number of merchants.
