1) Can speak Hindi/English (the Gujarati language is an additional advantage ) (English & Hindi Must)
2) Computer skills ( Excel /PowerPoint )
3) Minimum 7-10 years experience and at least two years as NPD head
4) Minimum 3 years of working experience in High-pressure molding line, Horizontal flaskless molding experience is an added advantage
5) Should be able to read the drawings, do the feasibility
6) Should be able to conceptualize the pattern/core box-making process and give guidance to the design and development team
7) Methoding knowledge required, Hands on experience in housings. Auto parts, Knowledge of magma soft an added advantage
8) In-house pattern manufacturing knowledge
9) Working knowledge of rejection control, yield improvement, fettling cycle time reduction
10) Analytical, Problem Solving, Team Management & Leadership Skills
