Job Description

  • Monitor the quality of work performed by employees and identify areas for improvement
  • Evaluate and score work based on established quality metrics and provide feedback to employees
  • Analyze data and identify trends and patterns in quality issues
  • Identify training needs based on quality metrics and feedback, and develop training programs to address these needs
  • Work with team leaders and managers to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
  • Provide regular reports to management on the quality of work performed by employees and the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in process training and quality analysis
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify patterns and trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
  • Knowledge of quality analysis and process improvement methodologies
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to provide feedback and coaching to employees
