Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Process Trainer cum Quality Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to new and existing employees to ensure that they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring the quality of work performed by employees and identifying areas for improvement.
