Job Description

Monitor the quality of work performed by employees and identify areas for improvement
Evaluate and score work based on established quality metrics and provide feedback to employees
Analyze data and identify trends and patterns in quality issues
Identify training needs based on quality metrics and feedback, and develop training programs to address these needs
Work with team leaders and managers to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
Provide regular reports to management on the quality of work performed by employees and the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and equivalent work experience
2-3 years of experience in process training and quality analysis
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify patterns and trends
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
Knowledge of quality analysis and process improvement methodologies
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
Demonstrated ability to provide feedback and coaching to employees
