    Prospecting /Analyze client websites and business situations quickly and accurately / making outbound calls and convert them into Sales.<o:p></o:p>

    Analyze wide range of projects, paid search marketing, social media optimization, and business listing on Google Network. Other networks such as Yahoo, Face book knowledge is an added benefit<o:p></o:p>

    Manage sales / day-to-day client relationships through conference calls and presentations<o:p></o:p>

    Compile and deliver mails regarding plans / presentations for clients<o:p></o:p>

    Hard core Sales profile in achieving monthly targets in selling services like website development, SEO, SMO, ORM, Media Buying, Google PPC, brand management etc.<o:p></o:p>

    Working on Corporate Presentation and Corporate Profile for prospective customers.<o:p></o:p>

    Preparing formats for Quotation, Performa Invoice, Proposal, etc.<o:p></o:p>

    Resolving customer issues related to products, post-sale services, maintenance etc. via emails/ over the phone in co-ordination<o:p></o:p>

    Strategizing, Planning & executing marketing & business development strategy<o:p></o:p>

    Develop and maintain social media profiles on Facebook.<o:p></o:p>

    Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics<o:p></o:p>

    Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives<o:p></o:p>

    Seize opportunities to up sell products when they arise<o:p></o:p>

    Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile<o:p></o:p>

    Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way<o:p></o:p>

    Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets<o:p></o:p>

    Previous experience in a customer sales role<o:p></o:p>

     Track record of over-achieving quota<o:p></o:p>

    Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening<o:p></o:p>

    Familiarity with CRM systems and practices<o:p></o:p>

    Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types<o:p></o:p>

    Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively<o:p></o:p>

    Commitment to Continuous Improvement<o:p></o:p>

    Preferred Experience- In Sales<o:p></o:p>

    Eligibility:-  Associates degree in Marketing/BBA/B-Com/12th or<o:p></o:p>

     equivalent work experience<o:p></o:p>

    Work Timings:- 6.00pm to 3.00am, 3.00 pm - 12.00 am 5 Days Working (Sat/Sun off)<o:p></o:p>
