Job Summary

    National Marketing Manager 


    Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and executing
    strategic marketing plans for an entire organization (or lines of business and brands
    within an organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing


    • Manage all aspects of Lepu’s cardiology community engagement

    • Identify opportunities to expand awareness and adoption

    • Support product forecasting

    • Pursue deeper reach within targeted cardiology communities

    • Develop marketing strategies and plans aimed at the development and increment
    of Lepu’s business in India

    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to target, reach, and educate
    interventional cardiologist and general cardiologists

    • Work closely with Lepu’s sales team in working to deepen product adoption,
    serving as the expert on the cardiology market

    • Collaborate with Clinical, Regulatory and Commercial teams to develop programs
    and ensure compliance of all efforts

    • Required experience and knowledge

    • Bachelor’s Degree in related field, preferably business, science, or education

    • 10+ years of experience in marketing department

    • Previous medical device or healthcare experience in a commercial capacity.
    Experience with cardiology is preferred

    • Strong clinical knowledge and experience

    • Outstanding project management, organization, and leadership skills.

    • Significant experience working at working closely with leading physicians in a
    clinical or market development capacity

    • Self-motivated, able to contribute both individually and as a leader.

    • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
