Job Description

1) Leading and growing business of the organisation and to be accountable for P&L Account of the company

2) Key responsibilities includes oversee the function of sales, Marketing, Service, operations, Engineering, new product promotion.

3) Creating a team and or developing dealer/sales partner nationwide/key client equisition and retention with ensuring minimum business target which is excluded from the E existing business. The minimum target 30 crore which be attained on yearly basis aided with your team under your responsibility periodically to be reviewed on monthly /quarterly basis.

4) Serve as a key member of the management team that set the company's strategic direction towards market penetration and client acquisition.

5) Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, distributors, customers, contractors, legal JV/SPV-Projects.

6) Represent the company at various community and/or business meeting to promote the company

7) Direct and coordinate company sales and marketing functions.

8) Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology.

9) Direct and oversee the company marketing function to identify and develop new customers for product and services.

10) Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development.

11) Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, tools and results.

12) Develop and manage sales & marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.

13) develop strategic planning for the direction and control of product develop activities.

14) Formulate long term objectives and standards of performance for the organisation.

15) Assure that department achieve objectives and project completion within budget and the time frame.

16) Be a student of current industry trends, ensuring that the company maintain and expends its technology leadership position.

17) Motivate staff and provide technical direction and guidance, as well as hands on project management, recognize the roll as that of both manager and support resource

18) Assure that product is aimed for specific needs, but with wider applications in mind for business growth.

19) Ensure implementation and refinement as required of formal process to support the product development process.
