A proven track record of delivering large scale agile transformations and having performed the role of a Scrum Master for at least 3 years
-Having worked and successfully managed distributed agile in the past
-Have experience in managing process change within organisations because of an IT implementation.
-Have completed the certification in Agile & Dev Ops as well as experienced in DevOps Lifecycle
-Have experience on one or more of tools such as Jira, Jenkins, Maven, SonarQube, Clair, Kibana or Bitbucket will be an added advantage
-A track record of delivery within many large-scale Agile transformation programmes in banking, taking ownership of delivery across internal teams and external client teams
-Ability to lead a large team and ensuring successful delivery
