Project Planning and Execution:
* Develop comprehensive HVAC project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
* Oversee the execution of HVAC systems, ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
* Coordinate with the client, architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to integrate HVAC systems as per the overall project design.
Quality Assurance and Control:
* Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of AHU, Chiller, Duct, & VRV installations.
* Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
* Manage the resolution of any quality issues or non-compliance incidents.
Team Leadership and Coordination:
* Lead a team of HVAC engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors, providing guidance and support to achieve project objectives.
* Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork among project participants.
* Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to senior management.
Technical Expertise and Problem Solving:
* Utilize in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems to provide technical guidance and solutions to complex engineering challenges.
* Ensure the implementation of best practices and innovative technologies in HVAC systems.
Project Documentation and Reporting:
* Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and technical submittals.
* Prepare and present detailed project status reports to clients and senior management.
* Ensure accurate and timely completion of project deliverables.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Mechanical Engineering
