Responsibilities:
New Seller Onboarding [VOB – Vendor Onboarding Role] OBJECTIVE: To Handhold Sellers, complete the Myntra Onboarding Process ACTIVITIES: 1. Educating Sellers on the Onboarding Process, TATs & Requirements 2. Following Up with Sellers to ensure all Process Steps are completed within TAT 3. Capturing the Seller Onboarding progress status on a Tracker in MS Excel 4. Escalating complex/discrepancy cases to concerned Internal Myntra Teams MODE OF COMMUNICATION: Inbound & Outbound Calls, & Emails
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Strong communication and Soft Skills.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
