Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management:
o Lead the execution of large-scale HVAC projects, ensuring compliance with project schedules, budgets, and technical specifications.
o Oversee project planning, including resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, and scheduling.
o Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, procurement, and installation , Testing, Commissioning , billing & handover to ensure project success.
o Manage project milestones, ensuring timely completion and quality control at each stages & Cash Flow.
* Team Leadership &Development:
o Lead and mentor the project management team, providing guidance and support in daily operations and long-term project goals.
oFoster a collaborative and high-performance team culture, encouraging continuous improvement and professional development.
o Develop team below him
o Monitor team performance and implement strategies to maximize productivity and accountability.
* Client & Stakeholder Management:
o Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
o Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications with clients and key stakeholders.
o Proactively address and resolve any project issues or concerns, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and outcomes.
* Financial Management:
o Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high quality.
o Prepare and present project Cashflow reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management.
o Ensure optimal resource utilization and cost control measures are implemented across all projects.
* Quality Assurance & Compliance:
o Ensure all HVAC installations and services meet industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
o Oversee project audits, inspections, and testing to guarantee compliance with environmental, safety, and operational standards.
o Implement and maintain best practices in project execution to deliver high- quality outcomes.
* Vendor & Contractor Management:
o Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
o Negotiate contracts, monitor vendor performance, and manage relationships to ensure seamless project execution.
* Strategic Planning & Continuous Improvement:
o Develop operational strategies to improve project delivery, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
o Identify opportunities for process improvement, technology upgrades, and operational innovations within the HVAC project space.
o Stay current with industry trends and advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
