This role will be a part of the Growth team, handling responsibilities like overseeing the social presence of Floweraura and Bakingo across channels such as YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and other upcoming social media platforms
Develop content marketing properties and engaging content for all owned channels, including content curation of relevant articles, images, videos and infographics
Manage Influencer Marketing
Manage the end-to-end planning of social media campaigns, from briefs to final campaign assets creation
Manage reporting and analysis
Build and Manage Team of Social Media Executives
Manage budgets for effective spends
Manage key growth metrics like new user acquisition, and engagement through all owned channels
Desired Skills
4 to 6 years of experience as a social media manager in a well known internet / B2C brand
A deep understanding of social media channels - budgets, campaigns, performance and metrics
An exciting portfolio of work that showcases your ability to think and execute disruptive campaigns which increases brand love
The willingness to collaborate with a diverse group of people, both internally and externally, to create an ideas-first culture
The ability to think of innovative ideas while keeping with the deadlines
