Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Maintain, manage, and record day-to-day transactions.
• Prepare, Maintain and manage general ledger accounting.
• Assist in preparation of annual accounts and annual budget.
• Manage office expenditure within the expenditure budgetary limits.
• Perform reconciliation of banking transactions.
• Coordinate with banks for processing the payment and bank account opening formalities.
• Prepare various financial statements and records periodically.
• Perform and provide analysis support for key departments in managing budgets.
• Internal Audit, Statutory Audit
Key Responsibilities:
• Good working knowledge of Tally Software
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF & ESI.
• Having experience in Payroll.
• Handling Accounts Payable Section: Checking & Processing of Vendor Bills as per company
guidelines.
• Employee Joining Formalities.
• Employee Income Tax Calculation.
• Filing of accounting documents for audit.
• Filing documents in STPI
• Prepare the document of BRC
