Should have experience in handling store and purchase functions in manufacturing plant/factory.
Should have knowledge of receipt / transfer of goods and required documentation.
Should have experience in handling existing vendors and developing new vendors.
Should have knowledge of material handling techniques.
To ensure that stock records are always updated.
To maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials.
To do physical stock verification, update records
To deliver material to sites/clients as per requisition and schedule.
To interact with purchase department, vendors etc. as and when required.
To send required reports (like monthly purchase report & closing Stock report) regularly to HO
