Job Brief

Has to manage a retail team of team leaders and field sales executives for entire Pan India along with Network Sales channels. The motive is to drive maximum revenue from B2C Sales with key focus on top line profitability by ensuring optimal Utilization of Resources.

 

Responsibilities

  • Strategizing and achieving maximum revenue from B2C customers by managing a team of Team Leaders, DSA’s.
  • Responsible for driving the gross adds growth through a set of DSA’s
  • Driving revenue increase, market share and penetration of all product lines like DSL/Broadband
  • Monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communication involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings and so on.
  • Maintaining a track of the competitor’s activities and the changing market trends, monitoring, entire merchandising activities in co-ordination with marketing team.
  • Responsible to handle the overall LCO Sales.
  • Playing the bridge role between the company and the channel Partners.
  • Need to work Retailer segment y hiring new retailers through TL/AM
  • Monitoring sales numbers from retailers.
  • Responsible to increase the Active Base of the Company by providing necessary support to partners.
  • Responsible to achieve the monthly sales target, revenue realization and new customer acquisitions.
  • Team Management and development through Audits

 

 

Skill Set & Knowledge:

  • Experience in planning & executing Marketing activities.
  • Sales drive - Ability to motivate team members & team player.
  • Self-Driven & Proactive.
  • Result Oriented with a positive outlook.
  • Good speaking & writing skills (English).
  • Good face-to-face and telephone communicator.
  • Sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel.

Education & Experience

  • Any Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Telecom (Broadband)
