Job Description

We are looking for a focused data entry operator to continuously update our company's databases. The data entry operator will liaise with and follow up with employees within the company as well as with customers to collect information.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Insert customer and account data from source documents within time limits.
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, make corrections and check output.
  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
  • Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies
  • Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions
  • Experience with MS Office and data programs
  • Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
  • Familiarity with administrative duties
  • Keep information confidential
