Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Working on ERP from Preparation of Sales Quotations to order execution. Timely and complete Order execution process to customers and distributors.
  • Focusing on proper consumption of products available in stock with respect to projection and availability.
  • Customer Database in coordination with sales team members covering different zones.
  • Close interaction and coordination with sales team for routine activities and tasks.
  • Monthly / Quarterly sales forecast from Sales team, compilation of data.
  • Sales Data distribution of previous month to sales team
  • Asking for monthly product projections from sales team and distributors to calculate product need. Time to time intimation and updates to all regarding shipment movement.
  • Inter department coordination – Accounts (for outstanding payments), Logistics & Stores (Despatch and delivery of sales & marketing products) and Administration (Required arrangements)
  • Tenders (Online – e-portal / GEM and Offline) in coordination with sales & service team and distributors (if involved)
  • Compilation of Data and making worksheets for Sales Budget of next year and quarterly business forecast for current year.
  • Payment follows up from customers and distributors. Continuous reminders to sales team for outstanding payments within their respective territories.
  • Communication with suppliers related to purchase orders, product queries/ product quotes.
  • Working on the requirements for participation in any of the upcoming exhibition / workshop / webinar etc.
  • Raising purchase orders to suppliers after evaluating and analysing products projections and actual need of products for further months. & Inventory maintenance for products import from France, USA & Germany.
  • Arrangements for marketing Material (Posters, Brochures, leaflets, Portable Exhibition Kit, Product Samples, Calendars, Organizers, Diaries, Greetings, Folders and other gifts etc).
  • Interaction with vendors related to design and printing for the same and to get the job done on time. Arrangements for events like Exhibitions/ workshops / webinars.
  • Interaction with distributors for their product requirement, distribution agreements, commission details and order execution process.

Qualifications:

  • Prior sales co-ordinator and/or customer service 3-5 years’ experience preferred in Medical Device/Medical equipment/Pharma
  • Results oriented and service minded
  • Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism
  • Ability to learn quickly and multi-task as well organize and prioritize work
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices
  • The ability to thrive in an inclusive environment
  • Experience with Salesforce ERP software & GeM a plus
