Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Process Trainer cum Quality Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to new and existing employees to ensure that they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring the quality of work performed by employees and identifying areas for improvement. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Training:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing employees to ensure that they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
  • Assess training needs and develop customized training programs based on the needs of different teams or individuals
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve employees' skills and knowledge
  • Create training materials, such as manuals, presentations, and videos, and ensure that they are up-to-date and relevant
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements
  • Collaborate with other trainers and team leaders to ensure consistency in training across teams
