JD for Instrument candidates
Candidate should be able to perform calibration and operation of LC MS MS.
Candidate should be able to prepare SOP, STP, Validation report, Protocol, MV, raw data of MV, CRM uses record.
Candidate should have experience of residual pesticides analysis by LCMSMS in food products, water samples and soil samples.
Candidates should have successfully faced GLP, NABL, APEDA, EIC & FSSAI.
Candidates should have experience in Nitrosamine analysis in pharma products.
Candidate should be able to perform method validation, method development in food products as per ICH & Food guidelines and water samples also.
Candidates should have experience of Aflatoxin & pesticides residue analysis in Ayush products and as per API & in house specification.
Candidate should have expertise in handling of LCMSMS Agilent module and different mode.
Analysis of routine samples food, pharma, Ayush, water & soil.
M.Sc. in chemistry/Biotechnology/Food Technology or equivalent
Having knowledge in sample preparation of pesticide residues in food/water
Shall have adequate knowledge of both or either GC-MS/MS or LC-MS/MS
Shall have knowledge on method validation and its documents/ STP'S/SOP's/
Handling of other general instruments/equipment.
Experience & Skills:
Qualification & Expertise required for Instrument Head is as below:
Science graduate or preferably post graduate.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Handling of Sophisticated instruments like GCMSMS, GC, HPLC, AAS, ICP-MS & FTIR.
