Providing market forecast and making marketing strategy in all respect (i.e. Sales strategy, services)
He will be responsible for Debt recovery of his region.
He will be responsible for coordination with Local Lab and HO Lab for the purpose of achieving sales targets.
He will also be responsible for supervising Field mgmt. in respect of coordination of dispatch of reports and payment recovery.
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. Will direct sales team and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing zone
Responsible for the performance and training & development of the Sales Team.
Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance of the sales & marketing team, sales plan and strategy.
Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales Executives.
Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Ensures that all Sales Executives meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
Preparation of MIS of his team’s sales activities
Ensure timely sample collection and release of report to client.
