Position Overview: Saya Stationeries Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our senior management team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations, facilitating communication, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistical arrangements and materials preparation.
Screen and prioritize incoming communications, emails, and phone calls.
Communication Liaison: Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and effective communication.
Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
Information Management: Maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
Create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Project Coordination: Assist in project management by tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Collaborate with various departments to gather and compile information for reports and presentations.
Research and Analysis: Conduct research and provide insightful analysis on various topics to support decision-making processes.
Summarize findings and present information in a concise and clear manner.
Problem Solving: Anticipate challenges and proactively identify solutions to address issues that may arise.
Assist in resolving operational and administrative problems.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues across departments to facilitate effective cross-functional communication and cooperation.
Provide support to other team members as needed.
Special Projects: Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in any steam
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ( G-Drive, G-sheets, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ).
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
* High level of adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
