Plan all construction work,delegate work to ex. civil eng. project wise, finalise the BOQ prepared by respective civil eng./ supervisors and coordinate the drawings and RFIs with arch. Team, Finalise all vendors and contractors and cordinate procurement of material and labour with them.
Our client has a construction company based in South Delhi engaged in construction of residential houses and builder floors in Delhi NCR.They are working on turn-key basis. They are in this business since past 7 years and looking to build our in-house team of professionals in the feild of Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior design, Marketing & Sales along with team of contractors for respective feilds like electrician, plumbing, etc.
