Generate monthly sales revenue to meet targets by qualifying prospects and proposing suitable solutions.
Visit client factories for site assessments and educate on products.
Conduct Heat Load calculations and prepare Duct Layouts on AutoCAD.
Prepare and share timely quotations, follow up on leads, and update CRM.
Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress and maintain client relationships.
Generate new sales inquiries and maintain relations with key stakeholders.
Perform site surveys, propose solutions, and negotiate contracts.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams, follow up on payments.
Prepare proposals, invoices, and sales reports, edit AutoCAD drawings as needed.
Provide technical support during order execution.
Ensure achievement of sales targets through business analysis.
Job Requirement:
Min Qualification - BE/ B-tech Engineer
Min Experience - 2 to 3 years of Experience in Project Sales (Especially in HVAC
Technical skills: AUTOCAD, BOQ Preparation, MS Excel, Negotiation.
Effective Communication skills: To interact with clients, explain technical information and answer questions about HVAC systems to build trust with clients and encourage them to make a purchase.
Problem-solving skills: To identify customer needs and find solutions to those needs.
Product knowledge: Extensive knowledge of the HVAC system and its different types.
Customer service: To answer customer questions about products, services and warranties.
