Sales Engineer

Job Description

Generate monthly sales revenue to meet targets by qualifying prospects and proposing suitable solutions.
 Visit client factories for site assessments and educate on products.
 Conduct Heat Load calculations and prepare Duct Layouts on AutoCAD.
 Prepare and share timely quotations, follow up on leads, and update CRM.
 Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress and maintain client relationships.
 Generate new sales inquiries and maintain relations with key stakeholders.
 Perform site surveys, propose solutions, and negotiate contracts.
 Coordinate with clients and internal teams, follow up on payments.
 Prepare proposals, invoices, and sales reports, edit AutoCAD drawings as needed.
 Provide technical support during order execution.
 Ensure achievement of sales targets through business analysis.
Job Requirement:
 Min Qualification - BE/ B-tech Engineer
 Min Experience - 2 to 3 years of Experience in Project Sales (Especially in HVAC
 Technical skills: AUTOCAD, BOQ Preparation, MS Excel, Negotiation.
 Effective Communication skills: To interact with clients, explain technical information and answer questions about HVAC systems to build trust with clients and encourage them to make a purchase.
 Problem-solving skills: To identify customer needs and find solutions to those needs.
 Product knowledge: Extensive knowledge of the HVAC system and its different types.
 Customer service: To answer customer questions about products, services and warranties.
