  • Finding new customers through Indirect Sales Team and constantly expanding the business through Local Cable Operators
  • Monitoring sales data and keeping up to date with current market trends and customer needs
  • First class consultative sales skills. Good understanding of Features and Benefits.
  • Leading a team of sales representatives and coaching them in their respective field.
  • Knowledge of handling the channel sales and direct sales.
  • Liaising with upper management ensuring sales targets are met.
  • Analysing current marketplace and feeding back important market and competitive information
  • Be aware of all competitive activities within major accounts.
  • Sales presentations for clients showing the success and credibility of the business and its products.
  • Planning, executing, and managing sales strategies.

 

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable and successful sales track record.
  • Good technical background in product area is desirable
  • Good presentation skills
  • Proven record of effectively meeting sales quotas.
  • A degree in business studies would be an advantage.

 Experience

Min 1 Year Experience in Telecom as Team leader

Education

Any Graduate
