We have an urgent requirement for an experienced HVAC Design Engineer who can create and develop refrigeration and heating systems for commercial and residential properties. As an HVAC design engineer, you must go to various construction sites and properties to assess heating and cooling needs and design various systems to address these needs.

HVAC Design Engineer Responsibilities:

Should have experience in Design (Revit & AutoCad Software).
Should know to calculate heating and cooling needs.
Should know to calculate ventilation requirements.
Interpret and draft plans.
Determine budget costs.
In-depth understanding of HVAC System Design for CAV, VAV, VRF, Chiller and Building Energy Modelling
Designed, Engineered, Analysed & Pioneered various HVAC & MEP Projects which includes complete design validation.
Coordinate with architects and engineers when designing heating and cooling systems.
Adhere to All Building Codes and obtain proper building permits when necessary.

HVAC Design Engineer Skills and Qualifications

Excellent maths skills
Should have mechanical expertise (ability to design complicated heating and cooling systems).
Should be able to use time management skills to work within tight deadlines and finish projects on time.
Should have analytical skills to determine how much heating and cooling power is needed for a specific space
HVAC design engineers answer questions, present budget bids, and make recommendations about heating and cooling systems to customers
Multitasking skills
