1. Develop and execute test plans
2. Implement and monitor test scripts.
3. Identify and remedy defects within production process.
4. Ensure the user expectation are being met during testing process.
5. Investigate customer complaints and product issues.
6. Recommend, implement and monitor preventive and corrective actions to ensure that quality standards are achieved.
