SALARY NOW IS HIRING TELE COLLECTION EXECUTIVE

Job Profile - Tele Collection Executive

Qualification - Diploma in Any Specialization, Any Graduate

Experience - Minimum 1 Year of Work Experience as Collections Executive or Fintech/Banking Experience or relevant

Location – Okhla Phase – 2, Delhi

Salary bracket – 18k  to 25K

Desired Skills -

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Responsible for managing the collection of outstanding debts from clients and customers.
  • Dra certified candidate will be given the preference.

Roles and Responsibilities -

  • Calling the customers to remind their due date of the installments.
  • Reminder calls to delinquent customers who failed to make the EMI payment.
  • Explain the consequences to customer of not paying on time.
  • Follow up with the customers till the payment is received.
  • Escalating irregular cases to supervisor and seeking help in closing them.
  • Ensure that all details of the calls & update on collections are updated on the system as per the process.
