Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Process Associate to join our team. As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the processing of data and documents in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Your role will involve working with various processes that are completed accurately and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The work requires processing and reviewing patient medical data and documents. Medical data and documents must be classified and associated with correct patient details. This is a backend process. Accurate and timely processing is vital. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Classify medical data and documents into database systems.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of processed data and documents
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure that processes are completed in a timely manner
  • Identify and report any errors, discrepancies or anomalies in processed data or documents
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all data protection policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all established procedures and guidelines
  • Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents

 

Requirement and Skills:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
  • Knowledge of data entry and document processing procedures and standards
  • Strong comprehension skills
  • Have strong attention to detail and being observant, focused, and analytical
  • Capability of learning client applications and software required for a job.
