Job Summary

    Tele-Caller/ Back Office Executive Job Description Key Responsibility Areas: 1. Responsible for handling Outbound / Inbound calls and provide sales related information to customers. 2. Communicate via calls, messages and emails during events/conferences., campaigns. In order to upgrade, upsell clients on new products and services, campaigns. 3. Generate daily appointments for the sales team 4. Handling queries and objections to initiate – engage and complete the tele-calling process while maintaining excellent customer rapport. 5. Maintaining daily reports of calls made. 6. Organizing customer database for given city and ensuring the confidentiality of the same. Educational Qualification: • Graduate, able to communicate fluently with the customer. • Experience in Customer Service activities preferred • Good at working with Excel/ Word related documents.
