Job Summary

    SKILLS REQUIRED • Good Professional, written and verbal communication are most important skills. • Should have good partnership skills & work with others as a part of the team. KRA (Key Responsibility Area) • Handling Customer Issues and providing a proper resolution on day to day basis. • Assist and support administrative staff in day to day operation. • Support Sales staff in handling and documenting customer accounts/information. • Data management refers to drafting & checking various documents required by the management. • On request of clients checking their portfolio or bank statements as per their need. • Reverting on e-mails and other important information related to Financial and Non Financial Transactions. • Cross-checking and Verifying KYC, Financial Transactions and forwarding to local CAMS for further Processing. • Quality checking of all the Financial and Non Financial Transactions, also for the communications sent to Investors (Mail or Letter). • Strong co-ordination between sales staff/Manager’s in helping their clients query. • Maintaining day to day database for their reference.
